Fulltime Starters Position: Logistics Administrative Assistant
Are you ready to help shape the future of international transport with our client in Tilburg? In this role, you will be at the heart of international transport planning, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll regularly communicate with carriers, customers, and offices worldwide. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make improvements to internal processes. You will help transport products to more than 150 countries, ranging from fashion items to sportswear and accessories.

About the function
- Coordinate and optimize, global transport flows to ensure customers always receive their products on time;
- Serve as the linking pin between the operational team and carriers;
- Provide advice on the most efficient ways to deliver products worldwide;
- Build and maintain relationships with both parcel and pallet carriers;
- Set and report on KPIs to ensure cost-efficient and effective transport processes.

What we need
- Knowledge of (inter)national transport and logistics is a plus;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- A solution-oriented mindset;
- Knowledge of customs procedures? That’s a plus!
